The services available through tapark.ro include:

• Booking buggy, snowmobile, and ATV tours

• Purchasing gift vouchers

• ATV rentals

3. Booking and Payment
Booking can be made by filling out the reservation form on the website. After submission, our team will contact the client via email, phone, or message.
Other booking options: phone call or WhatsApp message.
To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit is required.
Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 3 days before the scheduled service.

4. Participation Conditions
A valid category B driver’s license is required to participate in the tours.
Participation is not allowed under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances.
We recommend wearing sporty, comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and terrain, along with protective gear.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not responsible for accidents or damages resulting from improper use.
Participants join the activities at their own risk and must follow all safety rules and the guides’ instructions.
